- The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) invites sealed tenders for Provision of cleaning Services – Reserved for Women Category a contract for a period of 3 years renewable annually upon satisfactorily services.
- Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers under AGPO – Women Category.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender document at the IEBC Procurement Anniversary Towers Fifth Floor Room No. 514 during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. -4.30p.m.
- A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading free of charge from IEBC Website at www.iebc.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender documents through the website are advised to register with the Supply Chain Office or email their contacts through procurement@iebc.or.ke immediately in order to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by dully filled and stamped TENDER-SECURING DECLARATION FORM.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before TUESDAY, 22nd April, 2025 11:00 am East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
