INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES TO THE NEW ADMINSTRATION BLOCK
1. The County Assembly of Bungoma invites tenders for the Provision of cleaning services to the New
Administration block.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested bidders within Bungoma County.
In case tender is subject to multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or
more lots”.NA
In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, Insert e.g.,”(Tender is reserved
for Bungoma county residents) Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e., 0900 to1500 hours] at the address given
below. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of
Services of the Tender Document.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non-refundable fees of (Amount in Kenya shillingsN/A) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the
address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)
www.bungomaassembly.Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.bungomaassembly.go.ke
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (insert email
address N/A) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 156,000 Kenya Shillings
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [As per tender advertisement].

8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
