INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER REF. NO: SEZA/SCM/01/2023-2024
TENDER NAME: TENDER FOR PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL COVER, FOR
BOARD DIRECTORS AND STAFF FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING 1ST SEPTEMBER 2023
TO 31ST AUGUST 2024.
1. The Special Economic Zones Authority invites sealed tenders for the provision of
Insurance Services for PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE GROUP MEDICAL
INSURANCE COVER (BOARD AND STAFF)
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
3. The tender document can be viewed and downloaded from the websites
www.sezauthority.go.ke and on the Public Procurement Information portal
www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download the tender document from
these websites will be required to email their detailed contact information
info@sezauthority.go.ke for recording/further clarification and addendum.
4. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes,
marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at
SEZA Authority, UAP Old Mutual Tower, 14th Floor reception area.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th August 2023 at
11:00 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
