PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL COVER FOR NAIROBI CITY COUNTY GOVERNMENT STAFF FOR FY 2021-2022.
TENDER NO: NCC/PSM/T/001/2021-2022
Nairobi City County Government invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Comprehensive Medical Cover for Nairobi City County Government Staff for FY 2021-2022.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0800 to 1600 at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website www.nairobi.go.ke and the national suppliers’ portal www.tenders.go.ke.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the county website www.nairobi.go.ke or the national suppliers’ portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to nairobiprocurement@gmail.com.Tel 0725 624 489/ 0738 041 292, P.O Box 30075- 00100 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” of Kshs. 1,000,000 (One Million shillings Only)
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 15th July, 2021 at 12.00 noon. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
