PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVEMEDICALINSURANCE COVER FOR TURKANA COUNTY GOVERNMENT EXECUTIVE.

TENDER NUMBER: TCG/PSADM/148/2024-2025.

1. The TURKANA COUNTY GOVERNMENT invites sealed tenders for the provisionofMedical Insurance Services for TURKANA COUNTYGOVERNMENTCOMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER.

2. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN COMPETITIVE TENDERINGmethodusingastandardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tendererswill be allowed to tender for one or more items.

1. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya shillings Three Milliononly(Ksh 3,000,000)
2. The Tenderer MUST chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.The Turkana County Government will not whatsoever take liability of any missingpageofthebidder’s document.

3. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 28TH APRIL,2025 at12 NOON EAT Electronic Tenders will be permitted through the IFMISplatform.www.supplier.treasury.go.ke

4. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specifiedaboveoranydeadline date and time specified later.

Tenders will be publicly opened in the presenceoftheTenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

1. There shall be paid a levy by all suppliers on all procurement contracts signed betweenthesuppliersand Turkana County Government, at the rate of 0.03% of the value of the signedcontract, exclusiveofapplicable taxes as per PPRA Circular No. 01/24.
