PROVISION OF CONFERENCE FACILITIES, ACCOMMODATION AND RELATED SERVICES UNDER A FRAMEWORK CONTRACT.
The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible candidates across ALL COUNTIES within the Republic of Kenya under Open Tender for Provision of Conference Facilities, Accommodation and Related Services under a Framework Contract for a maximum period of three (3) years renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance. Tenderers MUST indicate the Regions and Sub-regions/Counties they are participating as provided in part A of the Technical Specifications.
Tendering will be conducted under the Open Tender method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested and will be in regions and counties. Tenderers are interested may view and obtain tender documents by downloading from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke and from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke . Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five (5) days before the tender closing date. All clarifications and addenda will be posted on the Judiciary arid Public Procurement Information Portal websites.
Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes that will remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the tender closing date. Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of Kenya Shillings Fifty Thousand Only (Kshs. 50,000.00) valid for 150 days from the tender closing date and in the form of a guarantee issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) or by an Insurance Company registered and licensed by the Insurance regulatory Authority (IRA) Addressed and payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. Tenderers MUST ensure ALL pages of the tender documents are duly paginated sequentially.
