The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner invites sealed proposals for;

Tender documents obtained from the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner website, www.odpc.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke shall be free of charge.
Qualified and interested tenderers (Youth registered under AGPO scheme with the National Treasury) may also obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours at the address given below.

Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@odpc.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum/addenda. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security amounting to Kshs 50,000. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize/paginate all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th January 2025 at 1030hrs (East Africa Time).
