Provision of consultancy services for surveying and registration of titles for ten (10) ex-colonial settlements

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYERI TENDER SEPTEMBER 2021 

The County Government of Nyeri is in the process of formalizing colonial village settlements as per the County Integrated Development Plan (2020-2022). The department of Land, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development invites firms to express their interest on:

The bidders must provide the following:

1. Company profile with firm’s background, physical address, telephone, organizational structure, director’s, key staffs and their qualification and experience.
2. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
3. Valid tax compliance.
4. CR12 certificate.
5. The lead consultant should be a Licensed Surveyor practicing in the Republic of Kenya for the past three (3) years with a valid annual practicing certificate from the Land Surveyors Board and a good standing Certificate from the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) registered member with ISK and licensed by Land Surveyors Board.
6. Demonstrate experience in cadastral surveys and registration of properties (Conveyancing) for the past five (5) years.

Expressions of interest must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender name and reference number and be deposited in the tender box, located at the County headquarter, Nyeri town along Kenyatta road and addressed to:
