INVITATION
PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON EXTERNAL CUSTOMER PERCEPTION SURVEY.
TENDER NO. SRC/OP/34/2022- 2023
1. Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) has set aside funds in its budget and funding
from Government of Kenya towards the cost of provision of consultancy services on
external customer perception survey.
2. SRC now invites bids for provision of consultancy services on external customer
perception survey. More details on the Services are provided in Section 5 Terms of
Reference.
3. It is not permissible to transfer this RFP to any other firm.
4. A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method and in a
format as described in this RFP, in accordance with the Section 124 of the Public Procurement
and Asset Disposal Act 2015, a copy of which is found at the following website:
www.ppra.go.ke.

6. Please inform us by 21st November 2022, in writing at the address below or by Email procurement@src.go.ke
A. That you have received this Request for Proposals; and
B. Whether you intend to submit a proposal alone or intend to enhance your
experience by requesting permission to associate with other firm(s) (if
permissible under Section 2, Instructions to Consultants (ITC), Data
Sheet11.1).
7. Details on the proposal’s submission date, time and address are provided in the
ITC 18.5 of the Data Sheet.
8. Tenderers shall submit one original of tender document properly bound and sequentially
serialized/paginated in the form of i.e 1, 2,3,4….on each page including all the attachments
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address given below on or before 11:00 am
on Wednesday,23rd November 2022. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Late
tenders will be rejected.
