PROVISION OF CREDIT LIFE INSURANCE COVERS ON FARMERS LOANS
The Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC) invites sealed tenders for the provision of CREDIT LIFE on Farmers Loans for a period of THREE (3) Years.
Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive bidding method using a standardized tender document and is open to all licensed, qualified and interested Long term (Life)Insurance Service providers
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 9.00am to 4.00pm Daily Monday to Friday at AFC Procurement Office situated on 6,h floor, Development House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded free of charge from AFC website www.agrifinance.org or National Government Tender Portal www.tenders.go.ke .
Tender Security is not required for this type of proposals but all bidders shall fill, sign and stamp the tender securing form provider under forms in this document.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted as required under S.74( I) (i) of the PPADA, 2015. Bid document shall be book/Tape bound. No spiral binding will he accepted.
Completed tenders shall be submitted in hard copy to the Tender Box on 5th Floor, Development House, Moi Avenue, NAIROBI on or before Wednesday 12th February 2025 at 12.00noon.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at AFC Procurement Conference Room , 6th Floor, Development House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
