The Huduma Kenya Secretariat (HKS) under the State Department for Public Service,
is a flagship program under Vision 2030. The Ministry of Public Service, Performance
and Delivery Management invites proposals from eligible firms to Operate the Cyber
Cafés in the Huduma Centre-Makutano-Laikipia East, Laikipia County. and invites
sealed proposals from eligible candidates for the provision of following service.

15th Floor boardroom.
