The Huduma Kenya Programme is a Vision 2030 Flagship Project established vide Gazette Notice No. 2177 of 4th April 2014 to transform the Public Service by among others developing integrated ‘one-stop-shop’ Service Delivery channels for citizens convenient access to Government services. To achieve this mandate, the Huduma Kenya Secretariat HKS has so far operationalized the following Huduma Service Delivery Platforms: 52 Huduma Centres in all the 47 Counties, Huduma Contact Centre, Huduma Mashinani and Huduma electronic unified front-end platforms in order to provide quality services to Citizens.
In this regard, there are auxiliary online services offered in the Huduma Centres through Cyber Cafes’ that are exclusively reserved for youth owned enterprises. The objective of the setting up of the Cyber Cafes in Huduma Centres is to:
- To empower the youth through enterprise
- To create employment.
The Cyber Cafes are in all the fifty two (52) Huduma Centres.
The Ministry of Public Service and Gender now invites sealed bids from interested and qualified youth – owned enterprises to provide Cyber Cafe Services in Huduma Centres.

And be deposited in the tender box provided at 15th Floor, Lonrho House to be received on or before Friday, 4th June 2021 at 10.00am Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their appointed representatives who choose to attend.
Late submission of tender documents will not be accepted.
