INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF EMAIL AND WEB HOSTING SERVICES TO THE INDEPENDENT POLICING OVERSIGHT AUTHORITY
TENDER NO. IPOA/OT/04/2022-2023
1. The Independent Policing Oversight Authority invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Email and Web
hosting services for a period of two years from 1st August 2023 to 31st July 2025, renewable for the second
term based on satisfactory performance.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [National Open Tender] using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
The award will be based on the total tender sum for Provision of Email and Web hosting services.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to1630 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in
PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.

4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Authority’s website (www.ipoa.go.ke) or the
Public Procurement Information Portal – PPIP (www.tenders.go.ke). Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the above websites. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tender@ipoa.go.ke to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings 100,000/= (One Hundred
Thousand only)
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. (Mandatory)
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 27th June 2023 at
11.30am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
