MOI TEACHING AND REFERRAL HOSPITAL STAFF PENSION SCHEME TENDER OCTOBER 2021 

MTRH Staff Pension Scheme invites bids from eligible bidders for the underlisted Tender

Tender documents with detailed terms of reference and conditions are obtainable from either the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Staff Pension Scheme website (www.mtrhsps.co.ke) or supplier.treasury.go.ke  under tender portals free of charge. Alternatively, a complete set of the document may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000/- (one thousand shillings) in cash or bankers cheque payable to MTRH Staff Pension Scheme.

Bidders who download the tender documents from the websites free of charge are required to immediately email their names and contact details to pension@mtrhsps.co.ke for records and any subsequent communication and addendum. Bidders are advised to regularly visit the above MTRH website to obtain any additional information or addendum on the tender.

Completed Tender document plus one copy should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at MTRH Pension Office at the Reception (Eldoret) or be addressed and mailed to:

so as to be received on or before 19^th October, 2021. at 10.00 a.m. Bulky Tenders may be dropped to the secretary at the MTRH Pension Office reception who will acknowledge receipt officially. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
