Interested eligible candidates may download a complete set of tender documents with the evaluation criteria from the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS Negotiation Number indicated in the tender advert.

Complete tender documents must be submitted through the Government of Kenya (G.O.K) IFMIS Supplier Portal – www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the stated requirements so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in the IFMIS portal (Local Time). The EXACT REPLICA of the uploaded complete tender document MUST be submitted in hardcopy. In case of discrepancy between the submitted tender document in the IFMIS platform and the submitted hardcopy, the details of the uploaded copy SHALL PREVAIL. The Complete tender document MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with Tender name and tender number and deposited in the Tender Box at the Nyandarua County Government Headquarters in Ol’Kalou Reception Area or to be addressed to:-
