Prospective Bidders are advised to check the detailed specifications, requirements terms and conditions in the Tender Document.

Interested and eligible bidders MUST submit their scanned bids documents through G.O.K IFMIS Suppliers Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and drop a hard copy tender document as specified below.

Completed Tender Documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with Tender Name & Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the reception of the Nyandarua County Assembly New Office Block, Wing B adjacent to the Ol Kalou High Court or be addressed to: –

so as to be received on or before 28th October, 2024 at 11.00 A.M. (Local Time). Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Nyandarua County Assembly Parking Ground (Reserved area) next to the new Office Block- Wing B in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late Tenders will not be accepted.
