The County Assembly of Busia invites eligible bidders to submit bids for:

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge from the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL (www.supplientreasury.go.ke) or the County Assembly official website:- www.busiaassembly.go.ke or The Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or from the Procurement office of the County Assembly located along Busia-Kisumu road during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.
Completed tender documents must be submitted online through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL as per the requirements contained in the document. The bidder is required to submit a hard copy of the document to the procurement office after a successful online submission so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 28th September 2021 at 10.00 a.m.
Tenders will be opened electronically promptly thereafter in the presence of the bidder’s or their representatives who may choose to attend within the Assembly precincts in compliance with strict Covid-19 protocols. Any further clarifications or addendum shall be made through the County Assembly Website.
