INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO. JUD/OT/002/2022-2023: PROVISION OF GROUP PERSONAL
ACCIDENT INSURANCE COVER FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY
The Judiciary of Kenya invites sealed bids from eligible underwriters for the Provision of
Group Personal Insurance Cover for members of the Judiciary. The insurance cover is for an
initial period of one (1) year renewable annually for a further two (2) years subject to
satisfactory performance. Interested candidates may view / obtain the Tender Document by
downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement
information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke.
All the Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Judiciary Website and the Public
Procurement information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for
clarifications must be made in writing at least five (5 No.) days to the closing date of the tender.
The prices should also be net inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings
and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender. Tenders must also be
accompanied by a tender security of Ksh. 500,000 from a bank or reputable insurance company
approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, payable to the Chief Registrar of
the Judiciary.
Completed Tender Documents should be clearly marked JUD/OT/002/2022-2023:

MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY and be deposited in the tender box situated at the
Supreme Court Building security gate, City Hall Way, to be received on or before 12 Noon on
Tuesday 6th September, 2022,
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers or their
