INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF GUARDING SERVICES
CAN/T/17/2021/2022-2022/2023
1. The County Assembly of Nakuru invites sealed tenders for Provision of Guarding Services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering Method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the assembly of Nakuru; www.assembly.nakuru.go.ke, Kenya Supplier’s Portal; supplier.treasury.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal; https://www.tenders.go.ke.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website; www.assembly.nakuru.go.ke, supplier.treasury.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal; https://www.tenders.go.ke.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a dully filled Tender Security of Kshs. 20,000.00.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th May, 2022 at 11.00 am Local Time. Completed tenders shall be submitted back in both soft and hardcopies. The softcopies should be submitted through supplier portal and hard copies in plain sealed envelope indicating tender number and description as described in the Tender Document should be deposited in the Tender box located at County Assembly reception or send by post to address below.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
10. This Tender is Reserved for firms Owned by Citizen Contractors.
