PROVISION OF HALF BOARD ACCOMMODATION FOR 4 DAYS FOR ONE HUNDREND AND NINETY-TWO (192) PAX AND CONFERENCE
FACILITIES FOR 2 DAYS FOR ONE HUNDREND AND NINETY-TWO (192) PAX WITH EFFECT FROM 13th – 17th MAY, 2024.
1.1. The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a State Corporation established under the
Kenya Roads Act, 2007, with the responsibility for the Management, Development,
Rehabilitation and Maintenance of National Roads. The Authority invites bids from eligible
Firms/Hotels from Mombasa and its environs for the Provision of Half Board Accommodation
For 4 Days for One Hundred and Ninety Two (192) Pax And Conference Facilities For 2 Days
for One Hundred and Ninety Two (192) Pax With Effect From 13
th – 17
th May, 2024.
1.2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender
documents at the procurement office, situated at the Kenya National Highways Authority
Headquarters on 2nd Floor, Block C, Barabara Plaza, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
(JKIA), Nairobi, Off Mazao Road (Opposite KCAA Headquarters), during normal working hours.
1.3. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings
and shall remain valid for (90) days from the closing date of the tender.
1.4. The Tender documents will be emailed to the candidates (Firms) from Kenya National Highways
Authority email address.
1.5. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with
the tender number and tender name and be deposited in the Tender Box at Second Floor, Block
C, Barabara Plaza, JKIA or be addressed to;-

so as to be received on or before 25th April, 2024 at 11.00 AM.
1.6. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of candidates representatives who
choose to attend.
