The Homa Bay County Assembly invites sealed tender documents from eligible interested bidders for the provision of hospitality services.

Tender Document can be obtained from Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website http://www.tenders.go.ke free of charge or County Assembly website.
AH clarifications or addendums will be posted on the Homa Bay County Assembly website and any request for clarifications must be made in writing.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 150 days from the dosing date of the tender.
Complete tender documents shall be submitted electronically and we shall not accept hard copy. The tender closes on Friday 15th October 2021 at 11:00 am in the e-platform.
Documents shall thereafter be opened immediately after the closing time, tenders will be opened and evaluated electronically, thus tenderers or their representatives would not be required during the opening.
