PROVISION OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES GRAPHICS DESIGN/AUDIO-VISUAL CONSULTANT
- The Bioresources Innovations Network for Eastern Africa Development (Bioinnovate Africa) is a regional biosciences research and innovation initiative established in 2010 with support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). It is a regional Programme based at the International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (fc/pe), and operates in Burundi, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. Bioinnovate Africa assists these countries to benefit from the revolutionary advances in biosciences, contributing to economic growth and sustainable development.
- Icipe/BioInnovate Africa seeks to engage an Individual Consultant in Graphics Design, Videography, and Photography. Please find more details in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) here: https://www.icipe.org/consultancy-graphics-audio-visual-consultant
- Icipe now invites interested individuals who are able to demonstrate technical capability to successfully deliver the assignment.
- Interested individuals MUST have the following qualifications:
- a)Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, Videography, or a related field. Attach copy.
- b)A minimum of five (5) years of experience in graphic design, photography, and videography, preferably in development sector, and/or an international science-based institution.
- c)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and editing software. Provide evidence.
- d)Strong portfolio showcasing previous design, photography, and videography work. Provide evidence.
- e)Excellent understanding of branding and visual communication principles.
- f)Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- g)Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- h)Provide a detailed service cost/rate card quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES)
