INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES (WIBA/GROUP LIFE COMBINED
POLICY AND EMPLOYERS LIABILITY POLICY)
1. The NAIROBI CITY WATER & SEWERAGE COMPANY LTD invites sealed tenders
for the provision of Insurance Services for (Brief description of the items to be
insured, their location and, insurance period location, etc.]
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours.08:00 to 05:00pm at the address given below.
Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website

4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by from the company’s website
i.e. www.nairobiwater.co.ke. and government portal www.tenders.go.ke
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.nairobiwater.co.ke. and government portal www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (insert
email, telephone and postal address) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

1. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kes. 1,250,000/= valid
   for 240 days.
2. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize and stamp all pages of the bid
   documents submitted.
3. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon
   on THURSDAY 17TH APRIL, 2025. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
4. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
   or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
   presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
   address below.
5. Late tenders will be rejected.
