INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF INSURANCE COVER FOR DEPARTMENT OF ROADS AND PUBLIC WORKS MOTOR GRADERS/VEHICLE/CYCLES
RFQ TENDER NO: 1713743-2024/2025
The County Government of Kwale invites sealed tenders for the provision of
Insurance Services for motor vehicles in the department of roads and public works
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method
using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more
items.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and
inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8.30am-3.00pm at the
address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded
from the website www.kwalecountygov.com.
3. A complete set of tender document may be obtained electronically free
of charge from the website www.kwalecountygov.com and or
www.suppplier.treasury.go.ke
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kwalecountygov.com). Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to
(info@kwale.go.ke, 0710886553 and P.O Box 4-80403, Kwale.) to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of KESH. 100,000.00
(One hundred thousand only)
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted with only one serial sequence including the attachment(s) (Not hand
Written). Any other Serialization sequence shall be crossed out and initialed by
person who is authorized to sign the tender document.

- Completed tenders must be delivered electronically to the address

Tuesday 4th February, 2025 at 10:00 AM - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time
specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below. Opening will be conducted
electronically -
Late tenders will be rejected.
