Provision of insurance Cover for Medical, Group Life, and Group Personal Accident cover

HOMABAY COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER JULY 2021 

The County Government of Homa Bay through the Department of executives (Office of the Governor) invites bids from interested and eligible firms for Provision of Insurance Cover for Medical, Group Life, and Group Personal Accident cover for Homa Bay County Executive Members.

CONDITIONS TO BE MET BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY

1. Must be registered with the Commissioner of Insurance for the current year and a copy of the current license be submitted or be a current member of the Association of Insurance Brokers (AIB)
2. Must give a list of 5 (five) reputable clients and the total clients premiums for the previous year
3. Must submit a copy of the audited accounts for the previous year
4. Must submit copies of the following documents;
5. PIN Certificate.
6. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
7. VAT registration certificate.
8. Certificate of Registration/Incorporation.
9. Must be a member of the Association of Kenya Insurance (AKI)

Failure to comply with any of these requirements may lead to disqualification of the tender.

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope and marked “Tender No..” Should be deposited in the Tender Box at the entrance of the County Government Headquarter offices, or be addressed to the County Government of Homa Bay, P.0 Box 469-40300 Homa Bay so as to be received on or before Tuesday 24^th August 2021 at 10.00 AM, Tenders will be opened at the boardroom immediately thereafter.

NB: Due to Covid-19 health protocols, bidders are advised not to attend tender opening exercise because of the limited space.
