Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers are allowed to tender for one or more items.
A complete set of tender documents in English may be obtained by interested candidates from our website at http://www.ntsa.go.ke or http://www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ntsa.go.ke for record and communication of any tender clarifications.
Completed documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at the Reception Area, National Transport and Safety Authority’s Motor Vehicle Inspection Centre, Likoni Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi so as to be received on or before date and time indicated in the table above. Late tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom located on 1st Floor at Motor Vehicle Inspection Centre, Likoni Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi.
Bidders are encouraged to continually check the website www.ntsa.go.ke for any addendum or clarifications.
Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
