TENDER FOR PROVISION OF INSURANCE COVER SERVICES, (MEDICAL, GPA/WIBA & GLA COVER FOR STAFF, FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2019/2020

The County Assembly of Kwale invites applications from Interested Eligible Insurance Company for the below Tenders for the financial year 2019/2020 as below.

The following documents MUST be Attached by all interested bidders: among others in the tender document

  1. Copy of certificate of registration.
  2. Must submit evidence of IRB Registration.
  3. Must submit tender security 2% BID Bond
  4. MUST Submit Single Business Permit
  5. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
  6. Must serialize the document
  7. Must be a current member of the Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI)
  8. Must be registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority
  9. Dully filled up Confidential Business Questionnaire in format provided
  10. Must Fill the Form of Tender in the format provided
  11. Provide dully filled code of ethics
  12. Must submit two document COPY & ORIGINAL Clearly marked
  13. Only underwriters will be required to tender.

So as to reach on or before TUESDAY 10th MARCH 2020 at 10.00am (East African Time) or be placed in the tender Box situated at the County Assembly Offices near the governor’s office. Submitted bids will be opened immediately in the assembly chambers thereafter in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend.

Tender documents can be downloaded from assembly website www.kwalecountyassembly.co.ke OR https://tenders.go.ke/. The County Assembly reserves the right to reject or accept any tender in whole or in part and it is not bound to give reasons thereof.
