The Meru County Microfinance Corporation is established under Meru County Microfinance Act, 2014 to offer microfinance services to small and medium enterprises now invites sealed bids from eligible firms for Provision of Insurance Services Tender No. MCMC/0T/1/2021-2022 as follows

Interested bidders may inspect and download the tender document at www.meru.go.ke and submit the same free of charge. Bidders who choose to bid should register with the Procurement Department by submission of an application letter on their company letter head declaring their intention to bid in this tender for any further clarifications or addenda.
Bidders are free to contact the office of the Managing Director or Procurement during normal working days between 8.00 am -1.00 pm and 2.00 -5.00 pm for any clarification regarding the tender. Bidders shall not contact or discuss any aspect of their tender with corporation after the closing date and before the receipt of notification of award of tender or letters of regret as applicable. Any such contact shall lead to disqualification.
Completed tender should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at MCMC Offices, 1st Floor, Meru County Marionette Building[at location of consolidated bank, Meru branch] and be addressed to:

So that they are received on or before 29th June, 2021 at 10.00am.Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at MCMC Board Room, 2nd floor located at corporation’s Head office.
