1. The TURKANA COUNTY GOVERNMENT invites sealed tenders for the provisionof InsuranceServices for INSURANCE COVER FOR GROUP LIFE, PERSONALACCIDENTANDWORK INJURY BENEFITS.

1. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN COMPETITIVE TENDERINGmethodusingastandardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tendererswillbe allowed to tender for one or more items.

2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents

during office hours 0800 to 1700hours at the address given below. Tender documentsmaybeviewed and/or downloaded from the website

1. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of KES One Million Shillings Only. (Ksh1,000,000)
2. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

2. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.

Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of theTenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

1. There shall be paid a levy by all suppliers on all procurement contracts signed betweenthesuppliersandTurkana County Government, at the rate of 0.03% of the value of the signed contract, exclusiveofapplicable taxes as per PPRA Circular No. 01/24.
