NOTICE FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) |
PROVISION OF INTEGRATED BANKING SERVICES TO ADMINISTER THE JUDICIARY FUND-JUD/EOI/051/2022-2023
- The Judiciary intends to shortlist Banking Institutions to provide Integrated Banking Services to. Administer the Judiciary Fund in consistency with the Terms of References (TORs).
- The main objective is to provide a solution that will allow the Judiciary to integrate all financial management systems into a unified solution for improvement of corporate and personal banking with efficiency and effectiveness. The solution will also provide information and tools to support enhanced decision- making.
- The Judiciary therefore invites eligible banking institutions to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested institutions should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria on required qualifications and experience are detailed in Section 3 of the Expression of Interest available on www.judiciary.go.ke and on Public Procurement Information Portal.
- Firms will be selected in accordance with the Quality Cost Based Selection method set out in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and Regulations 2020

- Completed EOI documents clearly marked with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate, Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi and addressed to:

- Applications for Expression of Interest will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers’ representatives at Supreme Court Building, Second Floor, Room 74 or as may be advised.
