INVITATION TO TENDER.
TENDER NO: KRB/T/08/2024-2025

PROVISION OF INTERNET AND WIDE AREA NETWORK CONNECTIVITY SERVICES 
1. The Kenya Roads Board (KRB) invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Internet
and Wide Area Network Connectivity Services for a period of one year renewable
annually for a further 2-year period subject to satisfactory performance.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National tender using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all interested and qualified bidders.
3. Qualified and interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the
bidding documents during office hours at Supply Chain Office at the Kenya Roads
Board (KRB) Headquarters on 2nd floor Kenya Re Towers off Ragati Road, Upper
Hill between 8.00am and 5.00pm Kenyan Time, Monday to Friday except lunchtime
between 1.00pm to 2.00pm and on public holidays.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested
tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kshs. 1000 (Kenya Shillings One
Thousand) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.krb.go.ke
or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.krb.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@krb.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 22nd
November 2024 at 12:00 Noon.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
