PROVISION OF LAND SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES FOR SEKU-KITUI TOWN CAMPUS

1. Tenders will be awarded on basis of Open National Tender
2. SEKU invites sealed tenders for the provision of Land survey services
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National/International) [Select one]
using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours from 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of 1,000.00 in Kenya shillings in cash or Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically for free from the
Website www.seku.ac.ke or in the government procurement portal www.ppip.go.ke
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.seku.ac.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@seku.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security as appropriate of KES 1,000,000.00
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25th July 2024 at 10:00am.

10. Electronic Tenders will or will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above and
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
13. Opening Of Tenders Shall Be Done at The Procurement Parking Area, Main Campus At Kwa Vonza
