INVITATION TO TENDER 

PROVISION OF MEDICAL AND LIFE ASSURANCE COVER FOR MCAS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD

TENDER NO.WCA/T/01/2023-2024
The County Assembly of Wajir (WCA) also referred to as Procuring Entity invites sealed tenders from eligible
candidates for the Provision of Medical Insurance Cover for MCAs and Members of the Board The contract will
be for a period of two years’ subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of alltaxes, must be inKenya Shillings and should remain valid for 150 days.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and be
deposited in the tender box provided at The County Assembly of Wajir Office behind County Commissioner
offices and addressed to:
The Clerk
County Assembly of Wajir, P. O. Box 495 –
70200
Wajir.
To be received on or before Tuesday 28th November 2023 at 10:00 AM.
Tenders must be accompanied by aTender Security ofKshs. 150,000 in form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or
an insurance company approved by WCA payable to the Clerk-, County Assembly of Wajir (Self-insured tender
securities are not allowed).
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the
opening at the Wajir Peace Hall.
