REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSUARANCE COVER FOR KNQA COUNCIL MEMBERS AND STAFF
Interested bidders may obtain tender documents from the Director General Office, Nairobi; NACOSTI Head quarter’s building Upper Kabete off Waiyaki Way, 4th Floor in person, or against written application.
Attach Bid Bond of Kshs 600,000.00 of tender sum in the form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank or approved insurance company.
Tender documents with detailed information can be obtained from the Kenya National Qualifications Authority website www.knqa.go.ke for free but MUST notify KNQA of their participation in the tender by emailing their contact details to: knqa.go.ke@gmail.com or from Supply Chain Management Office, during normal working hours (Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm) upon payment of a non – refundable cash fee deposit of Ksh.3000.00 per tender document at the Accounts office, NACOSTI Headquarter’s building and thereafter obtain an official receipt.
Price quoted must remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the opening date of the Tender.
Completed Tender Documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes to the Tender Box on 4th Floor, NACOSTI Headquarter’s buildings, clearly marked “TENDER NUMBER AND TENDER DESCRIPTION” to THE DIRECTOR GENERAL, KENYA NATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY P.O BOX 72365-00200
Nairobi to be received not later than 25th May 2021 at 12.00
