INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER
TENDER REF NO: NKCC/T/003/2022-23.
1. New Kenya Co-operative Creameries invites sealed tenders for the provision of Insurance
Services for Medical Insurance Cover for New Kenya Co-operative Creameries, for a
period of two years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Page 1 of 83 – Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below. Tender
documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website New KCC Website
(www.newkcc.co.ke) and/or PPIP portal www.tender.go.ke .
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders
upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KES 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the address given below. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free
of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@newkcc.co.ke OR info@newkcc.co.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 800,000/= as per Public
Procurement Regulatory Authority from approved tender security providers ONLY.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
