The Kisii County Government invites tenders from interested and eligible bidders for Provision of Medical Insurance Cover for Kisii County Executive Staff and their Qualified Dependents for the Period of 12 [Twelve] Months. Other details are as shown below;

Interested and eligible bidders are requested to view/download bid documents from www.kisii.go.ke/tenders &/or IFMIS Supplier portal on: https://supplier.treasury.go.ke . Manual Submissions will not be accepted.
Mandatory requirements: –
- Copy of Certificate Registration or Incorporation.
- Bidders are required to serialize each page of their submitted bids.
- Copy of valid Single Business Permit.
- Copy of Valid Tax Compliance certificate.
- Must be a member of the Association of Kenya Insurance [AKI]
- Underwriting registration certificate by IRA
- Must be registered with the Commissioner of Insurance for the current year and a copy of the current license be submitted.
- CR12 attached should be certified by commissioner of Oaths and not more than three months
Additionally, Tenderers shall fill, sign and stamp other forms required in the bidding document under ‘Mandatory Evaluation.’
The evaluation criteria shall be described in the Tender document.
Completed tender documents must be submitted through the Integrated Financial Management Information System [IFMIS] supplier portal so as to be received on or before 21st October, 2022. at 10.00 am East African Time. Opening of Bids will take place immediately thereafter in the presence of the firm’s representatives who choose to attend at the Kisii County Treasury headquarter, Procurement Pool office, room 2.
Please note that MANUAL SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All tender documents must be submitted via IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL.
