Bidders must also submit a hard copy of their bid in plain sealed envelopes with tender number clearly marked and bearing no indication of the identity of the tenderers and should be addressed to:

And placed in the tender box located at the County Assembly office or sent by post to reach on or before 25th January, 2022 at 11.00 am, submitted tender document shall be opened publicly soon after the above stated closing dated and time in the County Assembly Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted or opened.
