The detailed tender documents can be downloaded free from Uasin Gishu County Assembly website: www.ugcountyassembly.or.ke. IFMIS Portal: www.treasury.go.ke or PPIP Portal: www.tenders.go.ke
Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before 21st December. 2021 and TIME indicated in the IFMIS Portal. Kindly note that manual submission will not be accepted, tenders must be submitted through IFMIS Portal only.
The below listed documents are mandatory:
- Evidence of registration with IRA and a certified copy of current license must be
- submitted
- Certificate of Registration/ incorporation
- Registered offices i.e. provide single business permit
- Evidence AKI membership for insurers/underwriters only
- A valid tax compliance certificate
- Must submit a dully filled up confidential Business Questionnaire in format provided
- PIN/VAT Certificates
- Evidence of paid up capital as per IRA regulations for insurer/underwriter.
- Bidders must serialize their tender documents
- There should be no arithmetic errors on total premiums quoted.
- Must bid online through the IFMIS system.
