Interested bidders must meet all the conditions as indicated in the tender documents and can view/ download the documents in the County Assembly’s website (www.nyeriassembly.go.ke) or the PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Duly completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender references number, name as prescribed and be deposited in the tender box provided at Block A Ground Floor County Assembly Buildings, Ruring’u or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Wednesday 10th November, 2021 at 10.00 A.M
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost, must be in Kenya shillings and should remain valid for 180 days after the date of tender opening. Bidders are required to chronologically serialize their tender documents before submission.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates who choose to attend or their representatives, at the County Assembly’s lobby room.
NB: All COVID-19 Protocols will be observed.
