INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF OFFICE 365, E3 AND MICROSOFT TEAMS LICENSES
REFERENCE: SASRA/OT/024/2024-2025
1. The Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority invites sealed tender proposals for Provision
of Office 365, E3 and Microsoft Teams Licenses. More details of the services required
are provided in theterms of reference contained herein.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office
working hours between 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. More details
on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services Requirements, Section V –
Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website(s) www.sasra.go.ke or https://tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@sasra.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum. Addendums will also be uploaded on the websites above, and interested
bidders are advised to continually check for any addendums.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
