  1. Tender Name: Provision of operation management services [DMM) for Public Toilet within the Company’s Area of Jurisdiction [Operation of Public Toilets within Kwale and Ukunda Towns)

  1. Kwale Water and Sewerage Company Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for operation of Public Toilets in Kwale County.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from, Kwale Water & Sewerage Company Ltd, Attention Procurement Manager, infolalkwalewater.co.ke and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 hours to 1600 hours from Monday to Friday excluding lunch hour(1300 tol400 hours) and public holidays at the address given below:

  1. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders at Kwale Water and Sewerage Company Head office former SIDA Offices off Kwale – Likoni road Opposite Kwale County Assembly Building upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs.1,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only) per set through banker’s Cheque in favor of Kwale Water and Sewerage Company; Account Number 1108004849 Kenya Com­mercial Bank or be downloaded at Kwale Water and Sewerage Company website for free (www.kwalewater.co.ke )
  2. A pre-bid meeting and site visits shall be on 8th July 202411.00 am local time at Kwale Water and Sewerage Company Headquarters in Kwale Town
  3. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender name and be deposited in the Tender Box at Kwale Water and Sewerage Company Head office (former SIDA Offices) off Kwale – Likoni road or be addressed to Kwale Water and Sewerage Company on the address given below so as to be received on or before Thursday 17th  July2024 at 11.00 am local time
  4. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates representatives who choose to attend at Kwale Water and Sewerage Company Head office at former SIDA Offices off Kwale – Likoni road, Opposite Kwale County Assembly Building, Kwale town
