PROVISION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO IMPLEMENT VARIOUS ICT PROJECTS FOR THE PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE COMMISSION

A complete set of the tender document may be downloaded free of charge from the Commission’s Website; www.parliament.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurementpjs@parliament.go.ke or dg@parliament.co.keto facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
There shall be a Pre-Tender Conference on 4th August. 2022.11.00 am in the 2nd Floor Boardroom, Protection House, along Parliament Road, Nairobi.
Duly completed, serialized and paginated tender documents including any addenda, appendices and attachments (original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed under the tender documents and be dropped in the Tender Box at the Reception on 4,h Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 19th August, 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
The Technical Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates who choose to attend or their appointed representatives, at Protection House, 2nd floor boardroom, Nairobi.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security Of Kshs. 1,000,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Million Only) valid for 217 days from the date of tender opening, in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya or an Insurance Guarantee from an Insurance Company listed by the PPRA, payable to the Parliamentary Joint Services.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 182 days from the closing date of the tender.
