Eagle Plains Estate Residents Association is issuing this Request for Proposal [“RFP”] to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide real estate property management services. In general, the Property Manager selected as a result of this process will provide rent collection, inspection, maintenance and repair, financial services, and work cooperatively with other third service providers contracted to manage the Estate.
