PROVISION OF PUBLISHING/PRINTING SERVICES FOR MYGOV PUBLICATION/OTHER PUBLIC SECTOR PUBLICATIONS IN NEWSPAPERS OF NATIONWIDE CIRCULATION

TENDER NO. MOICT/SDBT/11/2022-2023

The Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs, State Department for Broadcasting and
Telecommunication invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the Provision of Publishing/Printing services for MYGOV Publication/other public sector publication in newspapers of Nationwide Circulation for use by Government Ministries/Departments, State Corporations and Semi-Autonomous Government Agencies for a period of two years.
Tender documents with detailed specifications shall be downloaded free of charge from the
Ministry’s website www.ict.go.ke and PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke.
Interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Supply Chain Management Services Office Teleposta Towers, 11th floor, during normal working hours.
Tenderers shall be required to submit a Tender / Bid Security of Kenya Shillings Two Hundred Thousand (Kshs200,000) only payable in bankers’ cheque to the Principal Secretary, State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunication or a bid bond from a Commercial Bank or from PPRA accredited insurance companies in the format provided in the Tender Documents and it should be valid for one hundred and fifty (150) days from tender opening date.
Prices quoted should be in Kenya Shillings and must be inclusive of VAT.
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked tender number and name on the right-hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to:

and be deposited in the tender box located on the 11th floor at Teleposta Towers Nairobi or sent by post so as to reach the above address on or before 4th July, 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
Bulky or large bid documents which cannot go through the slot of the Tender Box must be delivered to the office of Head Supply Chain Management, Teleposta Towers, and 11th floor.
Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the 9th floor boardroom at Teleposta Towers.
Late bids will not be accepted.
