INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF PABX AND TELEPPHONY SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS

TENDER NO. AFC/OT/08/2023-2024 
The AFC invites sealed tenders for the PROVISION OF REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF PABX AND
TELEPPHONY SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS
Tendering will be conducted under OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE METHOD using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all AGPO owned firms or group of persons who are qualified and interested to provide
the required service.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours9.00AM to 4.00PM daily Monday to Friday at the Procurement office, 6th floor at Development
House, Moi Avenue, NAIROBI. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’
Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
2. A complete set of tender documents is downloadable for free from the National Government tender portal
www.tenders.go.ke and AFC website www.agrifinance.org
3. All Tenders must be accompanied by TENDER SECURING FORM in the prescribed format available in this
document under Tender Forms.
4. Bidders shall indicate the total cost for maintenance services for a period of two (2) years in the Form of Tender.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents including all attachments submitted as
required under S.74(1) (i) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015
6. Completed tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box on 5th Floor, Development House, Moi Avenue,
NAIROBI on or before the closing date.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
ADC/AFC conference hall on 3rd Floor, Development House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
