EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICE
The TDB Group new office building in Nairobi is located at: Plot LR No. 1/184 Lenana Road, Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya. The building is composed of the below indicated facilities:
Three Basement Parking Area and a Plaza that includes Security Boxes and Guard Houses.
19 Floor Levels that includes a Reception Area at the Ground Level, an Auditorium and Conferencing Facilities at the 1st Level, a Gym and Records Management Archive at the 2nd Level, Sky Gardens on the 3rd and 11th Levels, Meeting Pods on the 4th, 12th and 13th Levels, Offices on the 9th, 10th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th Levels, a Lounge and Executive Gym on the 19th Level. Excluding Areas on the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Levels.
The Bank wishes to Procure the provision of catering services for the TDB Nairobi Regional Office, and interested Restaurant/ Catering firms are requested to submit their interest as per the summarized guidelines listed below:

Submission of evidence of at least one similar on-going services. |
- ADDITIONAL STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS
- Evidence of business registration with relevant Licensing and registration bodies (Not limited to valid certificates of incorporation, valid business licenses, etc.)
- Company Physical locations, Branches, and Legal Domicile, etc.
- MOH Registration & Other statutory requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Evidence of adequate insurance risk covers.
- List of Directors with contacts of at least one director.
- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS/CAPACITY
- List of similar current relevant ongoing jobs/Services
- Capability statement to demonstrate ability to operate such services
- List/schedule of kitchen and catering equipment possessed and available to be deployed.
- Very brief preliminary sketch proposal/outline methodology statement.
- Outline hygiene and food handling policy statement.
- FINANCIAL CAPACITY
- Financial Statement Summaries of the last 3 years, audited, signed, and stamped.
- Demonstration of Financial Capacity (Letters of relationship/ access to credit facilities confirmation with various financial institutions)
- QUALITATIVE REQUIREMENTS
- Litigation and Arbitration history
- Evidence of an unblemished record (ethical conduct and integrity) and related declarations.
- Any other capacity/quality the firm may wish to make known.
- Updated Profiles and/or a website links for additional information
- UNDERTAKING
- Contact person, their details, and an undertaking that the provided information is accurate.
