Interested bidders may examine and obtain detailed Tender documents by downloading from the County website ‘ www.machakos.go.ke ,PPIP Portal and be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTALwww.supplier.treasury.go.ke to be received not later than 10 December, 2020.
Qualification for Tendering (Mandatory]
- The below listed documents are mandatory
- Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
III. Copy of valid Business permit
- Copy of Valid Tax compliance.
- Bid security [Bank/insurance Only]
- Bidders required to serialize each page of bid submitted
Note:
Following COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent presidential directives issued, there shall be a Mandatory Pre- Tender site visits for the following Tenders as shown in the table above all COVID-19 guidelines for gatherings should be adhered to.
However, bidders are encouraged to make personal arrangements to acquaint themselves with the site before submissions of their bids, and a form on declaration of knowledge of site has been provided.
The criteria for evaluation of bids
The criteria shall be as described in the tender documents.
Original bid security to be submitted to the procurement office department of Health and Emergency Services situated at Machakos Level 5 Hospital.
Prices quoted should include all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings
