INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES

KSTVET/T/01/2024-2025
1. Kenya School of TVET invites sealed tenders for the provision of security services to eligible candidates
for a period of twelve (12) months Starting 1st JULY, 2024 till 30th June, 2025
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tendering using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from Kenya
School of Tvet website:
www.kstvet.ac.ke.
P.O BOX 44600 -00100 NAIROBI.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained from KSTVET website:
www.kstvet.ac.ke /tenders FY 2024-2025 and Government tender portal www.tender.go.ke by
interested candidates or collected from Procurement office upon payment of a non – refundable fee
of Ksh. 1,000.00 (One thousand shillings only) at the KSTVET Revenue office, on presentation of
bank deposit slip for money deposited at the following account

5. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs 100,000.00 , guarantee from a reputable
bank, or an insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Oversight Authority payable to
Kenya School of TVET.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 13
th
June, 2024 at
10:00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Late tenders
will be rejected Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the opening at KSTVET Professor Gichaga hall.
9. Completed tender documents, enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with ‘tender reference
number and description’ should be addressed to;
