INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT UNIVERSITY OF KABIANGA
TENDER REF NO: UOK/T/005/2021/2022
1. University of Kabianga invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the tender for provision of security services atUoK starting from 1stAugust, 2022 to 31stJuly 2023(renewable once subject to performance evaluation).
2. Interested eligiblecandidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender document at University of Kabiangawebsite. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ksh.80,000 in form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or from an insurance company approved by PPRA, payable to University of Kabianga.The tender security must be valid for 150 days from the day of opening.
3. Complete set of tender document can be downloaded free of charge from the following website: www.kabianga.ac.ke or www.tenders.go.ke.
4. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in KenyaShillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
5. Completed tender documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and tender name and be deposited in the tender box provided at the entrance of procurement office or be addressed and posted to The Vice-Chancellor, University of KabiangaP.O. Box 2030-20200Kericho to be received on or before Wednesday 29thJune, 2022 at 10.00am.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at University of Kabianga graduation pavilion.
7. All the Clarifications and/ or addendums will be posted onUniversity of Kabianga Website. Any request for clarifications must be sent through the following email address: purchasing@kabianga.ac.ke.
