TENDER NOTICE
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2024/2025 and 2025/2026
The Taita Taveta National Polytechnic (TTNP) invites application from interested eligible firms for the
Provision of security services for the Financial Year 2024-2025 and 2025/2026 (two years contract).

Interested bidders should access the document through the college website
www.cit.ac.ke or at PPRA Portal: tenders.go.ke free of charge or get a hard
copy at the procurement office with non-refundable fee of Ksh.1,000 per
document in cash or bankers’ cheque. Interested applicants (suppliers) will
be registered for a maximum of three (3) categories.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
1. A hard copy of business registration certificate/certificate of incorporation.
2. A copy of pin certificate
3. A copy of valid tax compliance certificate.
4. Attach company profile indicating qualification of key personnel. Attach copies of CV and their
certificates.
5. Form of tender correctly filled, signed and witnessed as required.
6. Confidential business questionnaire duly filled and signed.
7. A signed statement that the bidder is not debarred from participating in public procurement or debarred
from practice.
8. Recent CR12 Certificate.
9. Provide Two well Bound documents (One original and One copy
10. The Document should be sequentially serialized including the appendices
11. Note:
i. For special groups (youth, women and people living with disability category), the supplier must
attach certificate of registration from registrar of companies and AGPO Certificate.
ii. Failure to meet with any of these requirements may lead to automatic disqualification of the
tender.
iii. Any other document as indicated in the mandatory requirements
Complete Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Category Number and Category
description should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Main Administration Block at College (Main
Campus – Voi), on or before 19th June, 2024 addressed to: Taita Taveta National Polytechnic
